Plinth Mounted XH558 Polished Compressor Blade - Rotor

One of a limited number of High Pressure Compressor (Rotor) blades removed from Rolls-Royce Olympus 202 engine (Serial Number 620052) after serving in XH558 for many years.
Supplied on a 95mm square English Oak plinth, complete with stainless steel name plaque in a unique Vulcan XH558 presentation box, it comes complete with a certificate of authenticity signed by a member of the team.
The structure of the blades are in the condition that they were removed from the engines as it was stripped down for inspection following damage in May 2012. They have been "Tumbled Polished" to produce the chrome effect finish.
All will be slighly different, making them an ideal collector's item.
