This is a donation towards the 2012 Winter service of XH558 Brake chute. 1 Carried on board, required as a backup should the braking system fail, or when landing on short runways. Inspected & repacked every 28 days, however all existing brake chutes have reached their finite life by the end of the Winter Service and new chutes need to be manufactured.
