Well known friend of Vulcan to the Sky Trust, Tony Blackman OBE, MA, FRAes was actually the pilot who delivered XH558 to RAF Waddington back in 1960.

This hard-backed version of his book, tells the fascinating stories behind the test programme and development of the Vulcan types in the late 1950's and early 60's when he joined A V Roe from the RAF, eventually becoming their chief test pilot. A really interesting read!
