After leaving RAF service Vulcan XH558, one of  the most well-known Vulcans and a celebrity of UK airshows, went on to entertain crowds through her second display career. She finally retired from flight on 28th October 2015 as the last flying Vulcan. She continues to entertain crowds at regular Engine Ground-Run events.

XH558's emotional return to the airshow scene, on 5th July 2008, can be seen on the Vulcan Returns: RAF Waddington International Airshow 2008 DVD, which includes the historic first public display flight since restoration and the formation flypast with XH558's older sister the BBMF's Avro Lancaster.
