Throughout the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic we have applied all government guidelines to ensure the safety of our team and the hygiene of your goods.

We are committed to working safely, minimising any risks and following the government advice to contain this deadly virus.

Many of our volunteers who support the running of our webstore and eBay Shop are of the age group which is most at risk from the virus. As such, before the Government imposed lockdown, our volunteers took the decision to not attend our sites in Doncaster and Stratford-upon-Avon until it was safe for them to do so.

Some of our volunteers are able to come back and within each of our two sites we are ensuring that each person is able to stay two metres away from other people (social distancing).

Hand sanitisers and anti-bacterial wipes are available for use at each of our facilities. This, along with washing our hands often for at least 20 seconds, means we continue to operate in an environment which is safe to handle your goods.

We have postponed the Vulcan XH558 Airside Tours and Engine Ground-Runs until further notice. As soon as some certainty returns to the situation, we will be working on new dates and will be in touch with any ticket holders directly to ensure that they have the opportunity to visit the Vulcan as soon as is practicable. The Trust is very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but the health and safety of our customers, our dedicated team of volunteers and our staff remain our number one priority.

Please take care, stay safe, and follow the advice given to curb the spread of this virus.
