Vulcan - Last of the V-bombers (Softback Edition)
Essentially a history of the Vulcan through the surviving airframes and as such is largely devoted to the B.2 version.
Includes a detailed look at the last days of XH558 whilst still in RAF service with the VDF (Vulcan Display Flight) and XH558's last display at Cranfield in September 1992. After which she was flown regularly from Waddington, so that her aircrew would stay current in order that they could fly the bomber to a new owner. As this story ends no buyer had been named following the MOD's decision to offer it for tender on 1 February 1993.
