Born in May 1960, she was delivered to RAF Waddington on July 1st 1960 painted in anti-flash white. The book traces the history of the Vulcan type and, following painstaking research by the Trust’s archivists, uncovers XH558’s history from construction through all her many roles, her retirement from RAF service and eventual restoration to flight.
