At present, we can accept PAYPAL payments online.

You can also select to send a cheque, although this will obviously delay delivery until funds are cleared.

A full online payment system will be up and running within another 10 Days or so, so please be patient whilst we set this up.

We ask this purely because it creates an accurate customer record and speeds your online experience with us when you return.

V.A.T. (Value Added Tax) is included in the stated prices @ 20%, except those items like Books and Children's clothing which are ZERO rated.

The tax is levied on all sales within the U.K. and EU. (European Union).

If you are ordering from outside the EU, and you feel your invoice should not include VAT, then please contact us before placing your order.

In short, the price you see - is the price you pay + delivery charges.

These will be clearly displayed in our CHECKOUT procedure.

We have a minimum order value to give "value for money" as the minimum set postage and packing cost is £2.95

It would be unfair to charge this for a £1 item, so setting a small minimum order, negates this happening within the software set-up.

You can actually buy any item, so long as the total is £2.05 or more, when the p/p will make up the £5 minimum spend.

This could be for three reasons:

1. Some lines fell out of supply during your order process and we will be sending them on later.

2. Some items come direct from our suppliers and will come to you via another delivery.

3. Our Volunteers can make a simple 'picking' error, so do contact us if you are missing a multiple quantity off any individual

product line. We do put in controls to eliminate this, but we are only human.

Usually, our delivery note makes a comment on what you should expect.
