There will be special events and presentations held in aviation related locations throughout the UK, that offer a selection of guest speakers covering a wide range of engineering, technical and aeronautical topics.

Statement from Vulcan to the Sky Trust

Unfortunately due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in the UK we have had to take the decision to postpone some planned Vulcan XH558 events.

Dr Robert Pleming of the Vulcan to the Sky Trust said: “Due to the unprecedented situation brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic, the Vulcan to the Sky Trust has decided to postpone all Access Visits and public Engine Ground Runs planned for Vulcan XH558 until further notice.

As soon as some certainty returns to the situation, we will be working on new dates and will be in touch with any ticket holders directly to ensure that they have the opportunity to visit the Vulcan as soon as is practicable.

The Trust is very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but the health and safety of our customers, our dedicated team of volunteers and our staff remain our number one priority."

  • These are e-tickets and no physical ticket will arrive. 
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your booking is made and payment has been confirmed.
  • Bring either your booking reference number with you or quote your name and address on the door.

Please note: Certain events require the provision of photo ID and carry minimum age requirements. Check individual listings to see if this is specified.
 
 
Event Refund Policy: Any cancellation requests must be made before 7 calendar days of the event your ticket is applicable for and a full refund will be made. Under 7-days from the event, we will make every endeavour to help sell your tickets and then issue a refund only if such a sale is successful. Tickets are transferable if required so long as the attendee is able to quote your confirmed e-ticket details and meet any age or access requirements of the event. This will not affect your statutory rights in the unlikely case of an event cancellation due to any unforeseen circumstances. In all cases, the promoter (Vulcan to the Sky Trust) is only liable to issue a refund for the original amount paid, not exceeding the face-value of each event ticket.
