Please specify: Name, Address with postcode and a contact telephone number of the recipient , Personal message, together with any starting date like Birthday or Anniversary in the text entry box that appears on order, finally choose the type of Membership required from the drop down menu.
If you wish the Gift to arrive with you - simply keep your address details in the delivery field on order. If you wish it to be sent direct to the recipient enter the appropriate name, address and telephone number on the Checkout page.
